How to cancel my booking for my ENDALGO experience
You can only cancel your booking before the host confirms your booking. After the host confirms your booking, you need to contact the host to cancel and get a refund.
It's very simple to cancel your booking for your upcoming experience.
Steps to cancel your booking
- Step 1 - Go to My ENDALGO and tab the experience you have purchased.
- Step 2 - Check the booking status whether it's pending or not. If it's pending, then you can see the "Cancel Booking" button at the bottom.
Step 3 - Hit the Cancel Booking button to continue. Then, your booking will be canceled, and you will get a refund automatically.
Once the host confirms your booking, you won't see the "Cancel Booking" button. Then, you will need to send a message to the host to cancel your booking and get a refund.
