How do I issue a refund?

Issuing a refund is really simple. Go to My profile tab and click the "Transaction history - Received" 

Steps to issue the refund

  1. You can see the list of products such as events, registrations, and experiences that you've received payments of.
  2. You can see the transaction details once you click an individual product. 
  3. Press the red Refund button to issue the refund. 
  4. Once you confirm the refund, then the refund will be issued. It will take 2-3 business days to complete the refund to the payee.
