How do I issue a refund?
Issuing a refund is really simple. Go to My profile tab and click the "Transaction history - Received"
Steps to issue the refund
- You can see the list of products such as events, registrations, and experiences that you've received payments of.
- You can see the transaction details once you click an individual product.
- Press the red Refund button to issue the refund.
- Once you confirm the refund, then the refund will be issued. It will take 2-3 business days to complete the refund to the payee.
