Refund policy

The refund has to be organized between the group organizers(host/admins) and the users. To receive the refund, you need to contact the group representatives and ask for a refund. Any possible claims must be brought by the user against the host or provider. ENDALGO shall not provide any reimbursements or refund and is not liable for any such claims brought by users.

Requesting a refund 

To request a refund from the group organizer:

Mobile app

  1. Click on your Profile icon in the bottom right corner
  2. Select My activities(ENDALGO) from the tab menu.
  3. Click the transaction you want to request a refund
  4. Click the button "Request a refund/Contact representative" at the bottom of the screen

Payment resolutions

If you feel that a charge from a group organizer is fraudulent or is a misuse of our payment system, ENDALGO team may intervene and provide a refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the fees and payment. 

ENDALGO cannot mediate disputes regarding payments made using a third-party payment processor, any fees associated with the use of third-party payment processors, or in cash.
