Refund Policy
The refund has to be organized between the group organizers(host/admins) and the users. To receive the refund, you need to contact the group representatives and ask for a refund. Any possible claims must be brought by the user against the host or provider. ENDALGO shall not provide any reimbursements or refund and is not liable for any such claims brought by users.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund from the group organizer:
Open the ENDALGO app. Go to Profile Tab and click the "My ENDALGO" tab. You will see the list of order details that you have purchased through ENDALGO.
- Click the transaction, whether it's an event, registration, or experience that you want to request a refund
- Click the button "Request a refund" at the bottom of the screen
- You will be directed to the chat with the organizer. Then you can request a refund.
- After the refund, you will see the status at the top that has changed to "Refunded". Then you are a set.
Payment resolutions
If you feel that a charge from a group organizer is fraudulent or is a misuse of our payment system, ENDALGO team may intervene and provide a refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the fees and payment.
ENDALGO cannot mediate disputes regarding payments made using a third-party payment processor, any fees associated with the use of third-party payment processors, or in cash.
