How do I add a payment method?

You can add a payment method to pay the price of events, registrations, and experiences. We use Stripe as our payment service provider, which means your card details will never go through our servers.  Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Add payment method

  1. Go to Payments and payouts in the Profile tab. 
  2. Click the "Add card" to add your payment method. You can use your debit or credit card. 
  3. Input your card information and hit the save. 
  4. Your payment method will be added, and it will be used for your default payment method. 
  5. You can add other cards as your payment methods.

You can add your payment method when you RSVP to the event, register, or book the experience. Here is an example in the event screen. You will see the "Add card" button if you don't have your payment method in order to complete your process.
